“Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Our first communication was over email where she explained the different options of what we could go over in our meeting. I had originally taken a prenatal class at the hospital and found they skipped over any comfort measures and went straight to information on epidurals and other drug interventions that are available. I am a first time mom and would really like to have a natural birth. I was so happy to find Ricky online and learn that she offered private sessions in the comfort of your own home to learn about natural comfort measures during labor. Ricky came extremely prepared and had multiple handouts for my husband and I to keep on different labor positions, the different phases of labor and much more. She made us feel extremely comfortable when going over everything and ensured that we understood how each position worked during contractions. I would highly recommend this Comfort Measures class to anyone.”
